CHARLOTTE, NC – Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers are asking residents to be on the lookout for a man and a woman suspected in a series of house break-ins.
According to investigators, the woman serves as the lookout and the man is the looter. Police say, “they’re bold in their approach”.
CMPD Sgt Fred Newell says even when the suspects run into the residents of a home in their own driveway, they manage to getaway with excuses like they were looking for a house and got the wrong address. The suspects are long gone by the time residents enter their house and realize they were robbed.
