CMPD Investigating April 12, 2014 Albemarle Rd. Shooting

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating a shooting in Charlotte.

Police investigating shooting on Albemarle Rd

Police say around11:30 Saturday night, April 12, 2014, shots were fired and bullets struck a vehicle and its driver in the 6400 block of Albemarle Road near the intersection of Winterhaven Drive.

MEDIC says one person was transported to the hospital with serious, but not life threatening injuries.
