Authorities have arrested a second man wanted in a Charlotte murder.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police named Frederick Gales, 38, and Keith Jones, 53, as suspects in Dexter Lattimore’s death on Thursday.
Detectives say Jones turned himslef into police on Thursday night. He was later charged with murder.
Officers had already tracked down Gales, who voluntarily agreed to come to police headquarters for an interview. Following questioning, homicide detectives charged him with murder.
Both men are in the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
