Police say Byrd and Lockhard robbed a man withdrawing funds from an ATM in the 9600 block of University City Boulevard and then fled the scene on foot.
Detectives with the robbery department were able to identify both suspects through surveillance footage. Additionally, a search using the electronic monitoring system also confirmed that Boyd, who had been placed on an electronic-monitoring device, was at the scene at the time of the armed robbery.
Both Byrd and Lockhart were located and arrested without incident.
