East Charlotte Credit Union Robbed

Local and federal authorities are looking for a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery Thursday in east Charlotte.

The suspect robbed Latino Community Credit Union around 2:30 p.m., according to Charlotte’s FBI division. The credit union is located at 3130 Milton Road.

Authorities say the suspect handed a note to a teller demanding money.

He is described as a male in his late-thirties or early-forties. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a black baseball hat with a white design, a long-sleeved shirt and jeans.
