2 Suspects Sought in Robbery of SW Charlotte Convenience Store

Police investigators are looking for two men wanted in connection with an armed robbery Saturday afternoon at a convenience store in southwest Charlotte.

The bandits fired shots inside the Express Mart, in the 100 block of East Arrowood Road, but no injuries were reported. The robbery took place about 2:15 p.m.

One suspect is described as a black male, about 5 feet 8 and 140 pounds, around 21 years old. He was small and thin and wore a blue long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, a black ball cap, and sunglasses.

The other suspect was 6 feet and 190 pounds, about 25 years old, with a large build. He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, a black ball cap with an “NY” logo, and sunglasses.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Crime Stoppers, 704-334-1600.
